From Film to Fabric: How Your Design Comes to Life

Screen printing isn't a digital print job—it's a hands-on craft. Here's what happens when you hit "order":

1. Prep the Screens
Your design gets separated into individual color layers. Each layer gets burned onto its own mesh screen using light-sensitive emulsion. More colors = more screens = more setup.

2. Mix the Ink
We hand-mix every color to match your specs. No generic CMYK guessing—this is custom-matched plastisol or water-based ink built to pop on your specific garment color.

3. The Press
Each screen gets locked into our 6-color, 4-station press. We flood the screen with ink, pull the squeegee, and your design transfers layer by layer. One color at a time, perfectly registered.

4. Cure It
Every printed piece runs through a conveyor dryer at 320°F. This bonds the ink to the fabric permanently—your print won't crack, fade, or peel after washing.

Why This Matters for You
Screen printing delivers the durability and vibrancy that heat transfers and DTG can't touch. It's why your band merch survives the mosh pit, why your construction crew's shirts survive 100 washes, and why your streetwear drop actually looks premium.

No screens. No films. No setup headaches.
You bring the design. We handle the chemistry and craftsmanship. Turn time is typically 7-10 business days from proof approval.
