Our minimum is 12 pieces per design. That's where screen printing becomes cost-effective for both of us—below 12 units, the setup cost per shirt gets too high to make sense. For smaller runs, we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis, but 12 is our standard floor.

It depends on three things: quantity, color count, and garment choice. More shirts = lower per-unit cost. More colors = more screens = higher setup. A 1-color print on a basic tee might run $8-10/unit at low quantities. A 6-color front + 6-color back on 100 pieces runs around $12/unit because we're burning 12 separate screens. We include the garment and all setup in our quotes—no hidden screen fees or artwork charges.

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from proof approval. Rush orders are possible—just ask. The actual printing is fast; the setup (burning screens, mixing ink, registering colors) is what takes time. Good work isn't instant.

Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen onto the fabric. It's thicker, more vibrant, and lasts years without fading. DTG (direct-to-garment) is basically an inkjet printer for shirts—fine for photos and low quantities, but the print sits on top of the fabric and cracks faster. If you want merch that survives the mosh pit, screen print it.
-
Not if it's done right. We cure every print at 320°F, which bonds the ink permanently to the fabric. Your design will outlast the shirt itself. Cheap heat transfers crack. Properly cured screen prints don't.

Our press handles up to 6 colors per location. Front and back are separate locations, so technically we can do 6 colors front and 6 colors back (12 total). Each color requires its own screen. If you're trying to keep costs down, simplifying your design to 1-3 colors makes a big difference.

We also offer simulated process printing—a technique that uses 4-6 halftone screens to create the illusion of a full-color image. It looks like CMYK but works on dark garments and delivers the same durability as standard screen printing. If your design is a detailed photo or gradient-heavy artwork, ask us about simulated process instead of traditional spot colors.
-
Absolutely. We print on hoodies, long sleeves, tote bags, sweatpants, and 5-panel hats (up to 2 colors on hats). If it's fabric and flat enough to hit with a squeegee, we can probably print it

Yes. The per-unit price drops significantly at 150, 250, and 500+ pieces. The setup cost gets spread across more units, so your margin improves. Ask us for tiered pricing if you're planning a large run.
